We are a boutique consultancy based in Stockholm Sweden and active within the Nordic countries.

We assist property owners with strategic place and property development and a strong execution in leasing and commercial project management. Our leasing capabilities includes both offices, retail and food & beverage.

Our Services

Leasing

We work within both retail, offices and F&B leasing. We assist with identifying the optimal target mix and to create a leasing marketing strategy. Our work is hands-on, and we market the project through appropriate channels and direct contact within our national and international network. We assist with the whole leasing process in close coordination with our client.

Concept development

We assist with developing a commercial concept that has long-term potential for success. We take point of departure in the physical place, the location and how to create long-term value for people. As part of the process, we test “proof of concept” with anchor tenants and consumers.

Where it adds value, we bring in creative resources from other fields.

Tenant Representation

We assist international brands and tenants with strategic advice around location and property strategy on the Swedish market. We are firmly focused on creating results and our services are action oriented and include acquisitions, disposals, and renegotiations. We have experience from working with several international and leading tenants.

Commercial project management

We act as project manager for development and implementation of the commercial concept. Activities within the process include commercial architecture, property branding and pr, marketing and leasing.We have a large international network of leading suppliers within architecture, art, branding and pr and assist with activating the optimal commercial project team.
